  • When to Contact Diamond Property Management Corporate Office?

    Contact the corporate office for questions regarding past rental payments and ledger balances along with questions, compliments or concerns about your Property Manager.

    It is always best practice to reach out to your property manager before contacting the Corporate office.


    Contact your Property Manager for questions or concerns about your apartment or the complex and when to discuss issues with your current rent payment.

  • When Contacting Corporate, Property Manager, or Maintenance – Via Email or Calling be prepared to provide the following:

    • Full Name
    • Building/Address
    • Unit Number
    • Best Telephone Number
    • Nature of Issue
  • How do I Contact my Property Manager?

    Your property manager will provide you with the contact information for both your Property Manager and the Maintenance Call Center upon move in. Please program your Property Managers and Maintenance ER number in your phone.

  • How can I report Maintenance Issues?

    Tenants can submit maintenance requests 24/7 through the following two channels:

    • AppFolio Tenant Portal
    • Our Maintenance Call Center at (877) 244-3015

  • How do I pay my rent online?

    We offer a secure and simple option of paying rent online. Through Your Tenant Portal (Where you Signed Your Lease).

    When you signed your lease, you were sent log in instructions to activate your account. Please use this email to Set-up/Log-In to your tenant portal E-Check is Free however Credit will charge a fee.

  • How do I give a notice to vacate?

    It is best practice to always be in communication with your property manager. Inform your Property manager and they can help you through the process. We must have your notice in writing.  The two most common ways to complete this is:

    • Submit by mail to:  300 N CORPORATE DR, SUITE 280 BROOKFIELD, WI 53045

    Please include your Full Name, Property Name, Unit Number, your telephone Number, Email, Reason for Vacating and your Correct forwarding address and Intended vacancy date. 


    Your notice must be submitted 28 days prior to your intended move out.

  • When will I get my security deposit back?

    In Wisconsin, a landlord has 21 days from the day the tenant's financial responsibility ends to return the deposit (less any charges that were a result of the damage, abuse or neglect).   


    We will always include a security deposit disposition letter with this mailing to detail the specifics around any charges we withheld for damage, abuse or negelct. 


    Please make sure you have provided the correct forwarding address for us to communicate with you after vacate.
