  • Is it required to have insurance?

While living on the Rental Property, Tenant is required to purchase, maintain, and provide proof of the following minimum required insurance coverage ("Required Insurance"):

Tenant has two (2) options to satisfy the Insurance requirement:

    1. Tenant may purchase the Required Insurance and provide proof to the Landlord, and maintain the Required Insurance for the duration of Tenant’s tenancy.

    OR

    2. The Required Insurance requirement can be satisfied through Landlord’s Legal Liability Insurance Policy (“LLIP”). If Tenant fails to provide proof above, they will be automatically enrolled in LLIP and responsible for reimbursing Landlord for its actual costs to purchase LLIP which is roughly $10.50 per month.
